Yanmar has unveiled two groundbreaking additions to its zero-tail swing lineup: the ViO38-7 and ViO33-7. These models replace the ViO38-6 and ViO33-6, offering significant upgrades in performance, efficiency, and operator comfort.
With an OW of 3,585kg, the ViO38-7 delivers a bucket digging force of 32.8kN, while the ViO33-7, at 3,265kg, achieves 30.69kN. These improvements are backed by an updated hydraulic system and an 18.5kW engine, increasing excavation efficiency by 7%.
Maneuverability is improved with a narrower turning radius, achieved by refining the boom swing angle. The updated bucket design and lower body provide enhanced clearing capabilities, making these models adaptable to various work environments.
The compact sizes of the ViO33-7 (1,550mm width) and ViO38-7 (1,740mm width) make them perfect for confined spaces. Transporting the machines is simple, with weights ranging from 3,090kg to 3,530kg depending on the configuration.
Updated travel motors and hydraulic pumps improve performance, enabling the ViO33-7 to reach speeds of 4.8km/h with a 25% speed boost under load. The inclusion of an automatic deceleration system enhances operational efficiency further.
Yanmar has also prioritized operator comfort, introducing spacious cabins with ergonomic layouts. Features like a 4.3-inch color display and optimized air conditioning ensure a comfortable work environment.
The ViO38-7 and ViO33-7 showcase Yanmar’s dedication to innovation, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
